UPES participated in the 12^th Conference on electricity distribution with regional participation, which took place from 30^th August to 3^rd September 2021, in Vrnjacka Banja, Republic of Serbia, at the invitation of the CIRED National Committee of Serbia. At the conference, UPES members Dr Branislava Lepotić Кovacevic and Milos Кuzman led a roundtable titled: “Fourth Energy Package of European Union– Clean Energy for all Europeans and Prosumers”, which attracted a lot of attention from the conference participants.

Special attention was paid to the newly issued Regulation on criteria, conditions and manner of calculation of receivables and obligations between the prosumers and supplier, and the discussion was largely held about implementing the provisions of this Regulation in practice, especially from the aspect of the operator of the distribution system of electricity. Zeljko Marković, Senior Manager at Deloitte doo Belgrade consulting firm, also took part in the round table and contributed significantly to the quality of the round table with its answers to questions and comments.
