Skopje, November 21st and 22nd, 2019: Seminar on Energy Community Law was organized by the Energy Community Secretariat and The Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors of the Republic of North Macedonia
November 21st and 22nd 2019. Skopje was host of Seminar on Energy Community Law was organized by the Energy Community Secretariat and The Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The seminar was attended by senior officials of the North Macedonia judiciary, Ministry of Economy, Commission of Energy Regulator and Water Services and Commission for Protection of Competition, as well as representatives of regional judicial academies.
Within the seminar, Branislava Lepotić Kovacevic, Ph.D., President of UPES, gave a presentation on the Importance of the Energy Community law for national legal experts, lawyers and judges.
At the end of the seminar, it was concluded that within the judicial academies in the region there is a need to extend their program and include the energy law as well, especially taking in consideration of the importance of this sector.
